In this image, DERBAUPOLIER slips into the used overall of a colleague and enters the underground garage as if crossing a forbidden threshold. The space becomes a charged field of construction-site traces, masculine presence, danger, and desire. Between concrete, cables, dust, artificial light and bodily tension, the figure explores not only the architecture of the garage, but also the fragile boundary between control and the loss of control. Electricity and fluids appear as recurring forces in the scene — raw, unstable and physical — suggesting both command and surrender, containment and release. The site becomes a private stage of risk, transformation and obsession, where fetish, performance and lived reality merge.

The TakeIt fine art print is produced as a 60 × 90 cm archival pigment print on Hahnemühle William Turner paper, whose textured surface adds a tactile, almost material presence to the image. This physical quality reinforces the roughness, intimacy and tension of the depicted space. This unique TakeIt fine art print will never be reproduced again at 60 × 90 cm, giving this version the status of a singular object rather than an editioned multiple
